SureMap in COP27: Participation in the Water Pavilion
The SureMap project was featured in COP27’s Water Pavilion!
Our partner Natalie Tamer from the Center for Applied Research on the Environment and Sustainability (CARES) and The American University in Cairo moderated a session titled “The Road to Sustainable Resource Management and Future Prospects” which included 2 presentations and a panel discussion and among others elaborated on the role of youth and education.
Special thanks to Prof. Heribert Nacken from RWTH Aachen University, who presented the #SureMap project during the session. The audience had the opportunity to learn more about what the SureMap partners achieved so far within the project, as well as the project’s highlights and future plans.
